Yet, I found ways to make it work for me over the years. Now, however, things are getting worse with this software.
I may have to get a Samsung as my next phone to avoid this hassle. Very bad company decisions! Very disappointing! After the latest update I cannot download videos in any higher resolution than x ! This app is basically the same one you can download from Apple's website. It works fine with my iPhone and iPad, and is easy enough to use. The load times can be slow and more often than not it fails to launch on the first try. It really shouldn't take 10 steps to do a simple thing, Apple.
