I've put thousands of hours into chars and mods and whatnot, also, and would rather not start over because the savegames aren't compatible.

I'm not getting a whole second game just to get that one small Plugin. I would like steam to sell it seperate, so tjhat I may purchase it and finally have the whole collection of official DLC.
