From the PDF description, this book does not contain any premade adventures, or a campaign. Is this true? That is true. It's just setting material and new crunch: talents, skills, species, items, etc.
As a monster manual, I think its pretty awesome. The setting stuff is expansive but the new rules are disappointing. If you were looking for solid additions or changes to Genysis magic it's not here.
Two new magic skills and that's mostly it. Same for the crafting. Its a stitch over two pages and is very lean. I can't say I'm not disappointed, though.
